Hunts!

Here is a few hunts in the last week. Knocked out 20 on Fancy on her best hunt to date, Got 7 out to Ginger on a 1 1/2 hour hunt and got 15 out to Buzz on a evening hunt.

Pups are 11 days old and doing good! 4 male and 2 female. All are Black and Tan.

Buzz makes NKC Super Grand Squirrel Champ and Tree Champ

Buzz makes Super Grand Champion today at the Volunteer Squirrel hunt in TN. Buzz got his first win in March of this year and today made his 15th win this year. Buzz has wins in four states at 6 diffrent clubs. I'm very proud of Buzz and what he has accomplished this year. Buzz is just now 2 1/2 years old. Thanks for looking Jason

Honey Bee

This is Honey Bee, she is also another pup off of Goodtime Ginger and Thunder Buzz. She is treeing good and making a nice dog. She is going to be a dandy.

Black Puma

This is Harris' Black Puma. She is out of Goodtime Ginger and Thunder Buzz. She is 7 month old and she has started to put things together. She also in the last month has got her first win on the bench.

Southern Indiana Hunters Assoc.

Thunder Buzz wins the P.m Gr.CH. SQ. hunt,Champion bench show and 2nd in the treeing contest, Goodtime Ginger wins best of show in the grand champion class and Harris' Black Puma wins best of age in the open bench show. 

Thunder Buzz Makes Grand Champion

Buzz makes Grand Champion in  Indiana. Buzz also wins the evening hunt in the Grand Champion class. This is his first hunt of the fall season. To top it all off he wins best of Show in the Champion class.

Pups on the way!

Thunder Buzz has been bred to Suzie Q. Suzie Q is a full mate to Harris' Goodtime Ginger. We bred Buzz to Ginger and got 5 pups. These are the best acting pups we have raised. Im getting some great reports from the 5 month old pups. I have three at my house that I kept for myself. It's just a matter of a few trips to the woods before they tree. The other two are doing great also. Keith Pebbles in NC sent me a message saying his is already hunting out at 100 yards and treeing on caged game. He told me there will not be a problem with his pup treeing,just a matter of a couple weeks. These pups will be bred the same and should produce also.

We have bred Max back to Sugar. This is a second time cross. The first cross was a hit.

Thunder Buzz X Goodtime Ruby

Pups are 2 weeks old and doing good. 2 male and 2 female.

This is Honey Bee and Dixie. (Goodtime Ginger X Thunder Buzz) These are two of the best acting pups I've raised. No bad luck you should see some tailgaits this year.

Fancy had a big litter of 10. Pups are 9 days old and doing good.

Thunder Buzz and Goodtime Ruby

We made the cross today. We bred Buzz to Ruby. Theese pups will be heavy Grayson bred. Some great dogs in the pedigree of theese two.

Pup Report

I got this report from Lester Shelley in Southern KY.

Jason these pups are 8 weeks old today.  Max is the father of them.  The white one is a male and the other is the female.  Both are inquisitive,intelligent, and extremely active.  I will send you additional pictures this fall when they begin to tree.

Report on a Max pup in Michigan

Here are some updated photos of Ruby, she is one of the best dogs I have ever owned she has a natural talent and drive for them squirrels, I purchased her for a family pet and companion when i lost my first feist 2 years ago. She is so full of grace yet has a drive that amazes everyone. She is quite a jumper and can jump a 5 ft fence from a stand still without a running start which is truly amazing for such a small dog, I purchased her from Jason Harris and I have to give him two thumbs up- thanks again Jason

NKC KY State Youth Hunt

Hayden and Buzz makes a strong showing at the youth hunt. Buzz comes in 2nd in the squirrel hunt, wins best of age, breed and best of show in the champion class. Buzz and hayden also wins All around best dog.

Buzz has won his six staright hunt! Buzz wins morning and evening  champion squirrel hunt. Buzz also wins his third straight best of show on the bench. This finishes Buzz out as a Bench Champion.

Buzz makes squirrel champion. Buzz wins am hunt and then wins evening hunt in the champion class. Buzz also wins best of show. This makes Buzz 4 for 4 in the competion ring.
